Thank you for choosing Tucker Eye Care for your eye health. We are committed to making your first appointment as hassle-free as possible. Below, you’ll find information to get you ready and prepared for your initial visit.
APPOINTMENTS
We see patients in our office by appointment. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you notify our office within 24 hours so that we may offer this time to another patient in need.

REGISTRATION
For your first visit to our office, we'll need to gather some information about you. Be sure to bring this with you along with your photo ID, insurance card and a list of any current prescriptions and over-the-counter medications you are taking.
FINANCIAL
Please be prepared to pay for any co-payments, deductibles or non-covered service items when you arrive to our office. For your convenience, we accept checks, cash, debit and credit cards.
Care Credit is also available.
WHAT TO BRING
Please be sure to bring any glasses or contact lens boxes that you currently wear. Also, be prepared to let us know about any medications you are taking, including any over-the-counter supplements, vitamins, etc.
